On December 8th, the community of Borrego Springs will celebrate the grand opening of a new County library, park and Sheriff’s office. The library will offer residents a space for teens, toddlers and technology and the building will soon become a zero-net-energy facility. The park will offer sports facilities, an amphitheater, a dog park and shaded playgrounds. On the same site, the Sheriff’s office will house deputies and volunteers that will serve the communities of Borrego Springs and Ocotillo Wells.
