This local event is a call to action for our communities: How can we in the San Diego region integrate the science of trauma and resilience into our systems, communities, homes, and lives?

Join this national movement that EMPOWERS each of us to understand the science behind how childhood traumas can impact a person throughout their lifetime. Armed with this powerful information, we will follow the film with a panel discussion and brainstorming session about how we can build more RESILIENT INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.
