Project REACH and STEP-UP - Vista Community Clinic’s free, year-round youth development programs - will rev up summer programming for middle and high school students with an innovative mix of activities at three sites in Vista and Oceanside. Enrolled students will have the opportunity to participate in soccer games, hiking, snorkeling, STEM activities, arts and crafts, college campus visits, field trips to Belmont Park and beaches, and healthy lifestyle education programs.
