Infinitely Fit has a saying: “Love your life and the body you live in.” The first part of this saying is the most important aspect of healthy living and living happily. If you’ve ever tried to reach a health goal or start a new fitness routine, you may be familiar with starting strong but then eventually losing steam. That loss of steam is perfectly normal; it’s a natural part of a new process. It’s at that point, though, that you must find something else to keep the drive within you. That something can be another form of exercise, a new time of day, new scenery or a new group of people.
Infinitely Fit is a tight community of people who have lost steam, but then found each other. The community keeps each other accountable and we offer a variety of classes so people don’t get stuck in exhausting or repetitive routines.
There is more to a fitness community than just the external motivation--it also increases personal commitment and provides a new environment with new people. Many participants find they make new friends, even with people who are in different stages of life but have similar lifestyle goals and interests. Some find that their new friends provide new options and ideas for social activities that are more in-line with their new lifestyle and fitness journey.
People in a motivating community such as Infinitely Fit come away with a feeling of acceptance and belonging that they may have never felt before or that they lack now due to their new goals and lifestyle choices. This newly-found sense of belonging helps them to keep moving forward towards the goals they’ve set out to reach. Infinitely Fit helps people become part of a positive community that helps them feel stronger, more confident and more successful in all aspects of their lives.
