A Caring Heart Home Care, Inc. provides medication reminders, respite care, transferring and positioning, housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping/errands and all personal care such as bathing, grooming and personal hygiene. Their LVN Care Manager conducts monthly visits to encourage clients and caregivers to take care of themselves physically, mentally and with good nutrition. They also employ an RN per diem for non-emergency issues to help keep clients from going back into the hospital.
Family owned and operated, A Caring Heart Home Care, Inc. staff participate actively in many senior community networks such as San Diego Regional Home Care Council, San Diego County Council on Aging, East County Senior Service Providers, San Diego Caregiver Coalition and the San Diego End of Life Coalition to promote awareness of issues related to older adults and protect the rights, lifestyles and quality of life for our seniors.
Moving forward, A Caring Heart Home Care, Inc. is committed to the Live Well San Diego vision through its support and participation in annual Walk/Runs for such organizations as Meals on Wheels, LightBridge Hospice, Alzheimer’s Association, and Parkinson’s Association. They opened a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in San Diego County to help keep seniors in affordable housing with the possibility of continuing to open a new (RCFE) every few years. They will also continue to work with the Commission on Aging for the City of Chula Vista to help spread important information to local seniors and will partner with non-profit agencies and sponsor events that give back to our senior community.
