San Diego Military Family Collaborative joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on October 23, 2020. They envision a County where all members of San Diego’s military-connected community can easily gain access and navigate critical information, programs, and resources. Their mission is to support and strengthen the military-connected community through education, advocacy, and engagement.
San Diego Military Family Collaborative has grown from just 6 organizations in 2010 and now compromises more than 400 representatives from over 200 public, private, faith-based, military, and governmental organizations.
San Diego Military Family Collaborative is committed to advancing the Live Well San Diego vision by empowering and improving the lives of San Diego residents so they can live a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
