ABLT promotes each individuals rights to exercise choice and control over their lives through the provision of personalized choice. We assist individuals and their families identify and achieve their dreams and visions for their future. We further help individuals advocate for themselves and others through making decisions for their support. ABLT places care at the center of each individual by placing them at the center of their personalized care/support plan. We promote an increased quality of life for everyone we serve. We believe, with the necessary support, anyone can live/work independently or with optimum levels of interdependence.
