San Diego OASIS

San Diego OASIS joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on November 7, 2015. A national organization founded in 1982 in St. Louis, OASIS is a unique educational program for adults 50+ who want to continue to learn and be productive during the best years of their lives. OASIS offers a broad range of free educational classes - from the arts and humanities to wellness, fitness and travel.

The OASIS mission has always been to promote healthy aging through a three-fold approach: lifelong learning, healthy living and social engagement. This mission supports the Live Well San Diego vision of building better health, living safely and thriving.

Moving forward, OASIS is committed to continuing to help older adults keep their minds stimulated, make new friends and have many opportunities to give back to the community.
