The Escondido Creek Conservancy (Conservancy) joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on November 15, 2018. The Conservancy is a non-profit, public benefit, corporation, incorporated in 1991. Their mission to preserve and restore the Escondido Creek watershed.
The Conservancy believes the natural lands within the watershed are an irreplaceable natural asset with great community value. They support educational programs and outdoor recreation within the watershed for the benefit of all residents of the area. Their Board of Directors is comprised of committed local volunteers with expertise in business, science, land use planning, education, recreation, and restoration of natural landscapes.
The Escondido Creek Conservancy is fully committed to the Live
Well San Diego vision and supports a thriving community by
providing many volunteer opportunities for community members to help
with conservation and education work to improve health and wellness
in the region.
