Windward Life Care joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on May 14, 2021. They provide a variety of services for older adults ranging from care management, home care, to home health, and all services are offered at the comfort of one’s own home. Windward Life Care uses an integrated model of care so that clients can benefit from the skills of their Aging Life Care Manager, home care aids, and home health nurse. Services are also customized for each client’s needs.
