Anthem Blue Cross joined Live Well San Diego as a recognized partner on October 21, 2014. Anthem Blue Cross, honored as a Public Health Champion, became a Live Well San Diego partner by participating in or funding a number of activities that support the vision of healthy, safe and thriving communities. Anthem collaborated with the County of San Diego on the regional wellness campaign - Love Your Heart - which helps San Diego County residents to know their blood pressure numbers through free blood pressure screenings and has worked with the County of San Diego to provide free flu shots to residents.
Moving forward, Anthem Blue Cross will support the Live Well San Diego vision by continuing to be a trusted partner in health.
