San Ysidro Health became a Live Well San Diego partner on October 21, 2014 following the annual Live Well San Diego update to the Board of Supervisors. San Ysidro Health Center was recognized for their active partnership on the County’s Live Well San Diego Central and South Region Leadership Teams and Live Well San Diego South Region Building Better Systems subcommittee. As part of the aforementioned subcommittee, San Ysidro Health helped develop a mental health referral guide for South Region and will be evaluating how effective it as at linking families to appropriate mental health services. Additionally, San Ysidro Health partnered with the County to host four Affordable Care Act enrollment town halls in 2014.
