MARIJUANA PREVENTION VIDEO PSA CONTEST FOR YOUTH

It’s time for the North Coastal Prevention Coalition's annual 420 Remix PSA Contest.  The purpose of the contest is to engage youth in developing messages for their peers to increase youth perception of harm from marijuana use, and decrease marijuana use by youth. The contest is open county-wide to middle and high school students.  Groups and individuals may enter.

 This year NCPC will fund three cash prizes:  

  • 1st place - $500
  • 2nd place - $250
  • 3rd  place - $100

There are three topics to pick from:

  • The negative impact of youth marijuana use on physical or emotional health
  • The negative impact of youth marijuana use on achieving your goals
  • The negative impact of marijuana legalization on youth marijuana use
Reminder - There is a strict 30 second video time limit this year.
