LIVE WELL SAN DIEGO RECOGNIZED PARTNERS

As of June 30, 2019, 451 Recognized Partners are working with the County of San Diego to promote the Live Well San Diego vision throughout the region. This is the power of collective impact – working together to accomplish far more than government or any single entity could ever do alone. Live Well San Diego involves partners in all sectors - from cities and governments to businesses and media, and schools and education to community and faith-based organizations.

Live Well San Diego Recognized Partners have a broad reach in the communities they serve. They are going above and beyond in their commitment to a region that is living well. They are thinking about the future by seeking long-term solutions to local challenges. And they are measuring their progress through data and personal success stories.

Partner Sectors

Business and Media partners are improving local economies, expanding the reach of messages and having a positive influence on the health of employees, customers and communities.

Community and Faith-Based organizations are connecting individuals and families throughout San Diego County to programs and services that improve well-being.

Cities and Governments are enacting health and safety policies and building sustainable and walkable infrastructure for more than 3 million residents.

Schools and Education are encouraging nearly 457,000 students and their families to adopt healthy, safe and thriving behaviors.

PARTNER GROWTH

This past fiscal year, 65 additional organizations and businesses were recognized, making a cumulative total of 451 Recognized Partners through June 30, 2019. These partners include 23 Cities & Government partners, 86 Business & Media partners, 52 Schools & Education partners, and 290 Community & Faith-Based organization partners.
